It is one of the best engineered gadgets that I've seen i.e. it's simple, an ease to load and use,works perfectly every time. If we could only get these people to engineer American cars. Place your item on the counter in front of the machine and pull out the wrap with both hands. My caution would be to only use stretch-tite wrap. It has the right cling and strech to handle easily. Micro- waves fine. If I used foil often and had space, I'd try the dispenser for foil as well.
