(More customer reviews)This item is going back and I'm ordering the standard high-density black foam roller. I rolled out on this for about 15 minutes and could already tell that I was going to end up with an hourglass shaped roller in a week or so. I have very tight IT bands and have to spend a lot of time on the roller; if you are a light user, this might work for you but if you're using it for any significant amount of time, go with the standard, slightly more expensive high density roller.
