(More customer reviews)The pump is a piece of junk but I still give it 5 stars because I expected the pump to be bad anyway. It's a cheap design made with cheap plastic and cheap rubber. In my case, the rubber inside keeps moving out of place so I have to open up the pump and set it back in place. Also, it would take forever to first inflate the ball with that pump (I used another). But for the price ($12-13?) I really can't complain. The ball is sturdy. I use it to sit at my desk. I re-inflate it about once a week to keep it really stiff =)
edit: the pump died after a few uses. I really wouldn't count on the pump...
