(More customer reviews)If you read the instructions (less than 1 minute) this thing works well - wet the waistband, place the product, and slowly turn the handle, then again a half hour later, let dry overnight and you are done. Overall you can probably add about .75 to 1" to the waistband depending on the fabric - try it a bit at a time to achieve the best result.
Background: I like slimmer leg pants especially jean cut trousers (which you can;t really take in or let out) but I am a 34.5" so a 34" is uncomfortable when sitting and a 36" is just to big especially in the leg. This thing is the best - not expensive to save you from buying a new jean wardrobe. Its a bit embarassing to admit (and to buy) but this thing really saved my wardrobe and a lot of money. Only drawback is pants over time can shrink again especially with warm wash but simply repeat and everything is golden. If I wouldn't look like a crazed person I would pitch this to everyone I know.
