They fit my feet (size 11 guys), my dads cramped toes, and my moms tiny feet - so a wide range there. I like the feel of the gel and believe that regular use, while no substitute for yoga or other stretching, is beneficial for my balance and posture. I feel grounded when standing or walking around after wearing them for about 20 minutes.
