& Natural Vitamin E is best for your skin, without a doubt.
The culprit- JASON- once small, has
been merged as part of Hain Celestial Group, and the original intent
of the products has been rearranged by money hungry decision
makers. Hain Celestial offered their condolences to me, by offering
me coupons for more of their products. They explained to me, that
"It has always been our policy to use raw materials of natural
origin in our products. We put emphasis on both safety and
performance. When effective natural functional ingredients are
unavailable, then to satisfy our customer's needs we reluctantly
use synthetic ingredients with a plan to look for a replacement of
natural origin. As per policy, whenever any Natural alternative
with similar performance is available, we will definitely revise
our formulas using natural substitutes. "
Natural Vitamin E
oil, unavailable? Vitamin E oil is found in a vasta array of vegetables
& grains, one of the highest being in the Wheat Germ (the part
of the Wheat grain that is chopped off when refining grains into White
flour.) JASON even goes as far as to advertise a plant with an uncanny
resemblance to Wheat grain, peacefully growing out of the side of
the bottle. The truth, is that it is simply cheaper, to manufacturer synthetic
ingredients, and sell it for high prices on the market, as if it
was- Natural.
Considering that Hain Celestial one of the leading
organic/natural food corporations in the US, this definitley has me
questioning their general ethics, and how often they are staying true
to their claims advertised on food & beauty products.

This practice is highly unethical,
and disappointing for the thousands of us that practice choosing
& supporting what we feel are healthy alternatives for our bodies.
Perhaps
this is a loop hole in the system that HCG is able to pass thru. If
this is the case, I urge everyone to contact the Better Business
Bureau in your area, to show support for positive change, and to
express that there needs to be Quality Control Standards enforced on these products
& their claims.
Hain Celestial's biggest investor is
Wellington Management, whose primary investors include Exxon Mobil, Pfizer,
Alcoa, Gillette, Pepsi, McDonald's, and Wal-Mart. Funny that by
supporting Organics, you still may be supporting such destructive
practices.
It is a nice enough claim that, " At JASON it is
our mission to make the best and most effective natural products in
the marketplace. And each year, with every new product we create, we
continue to hold ourselves to that standard. Our unique
formulations are infused with botanicals, plants, roots, herbs,
proteins, vitamins and minerals, all from the earth. It has always
been our belief that our beautiful planet gives us everything we
need."
