(More customer reviews)I hate to see a recommendation of 5 star because I think they are always written by company. But this is written by a RABID consumer of the product. Here is my bullet list and I understand peoples' frustration.
* If you use product as directed (twice a day) for 3 weeks it works beautifully
* It is not a great moisturizer so you must supplement
* You only need 2 pumps (this is sufficient for decreasing redness)
* The bottle lasts a long time
* It is not necessarily a hot flash drug
* It IS expensive but if you can afford it DO IT and you have to use it to work
