(More customer reviews)I hired a personal trainer once awhile back and she'd given me a length of the red theraband. I took it for granted and had thought all would be the same, so when the one I had snapped (due to a sharp edge I inadvertantly got it caught on), I bought another band from a fitness store. It was nowhere near as nice as the theraband. It wasn't as grippable and the different resistances were all too tight: even the light one. Plus they were all too short and cumbersome. Theraband is definitely much higher quality than the others.

Exercise bands allow you to perform resistive exercises. They come in di erent thickness levels to allow you to change the resistance for a particular exercise and to accommodate users with varying levels of strength. The thickness of the band determines its resistance level. Rolls come in dispenser box and can be cut to desired length. Handles sold separately. Latex.
