I'm able to inflate this ball with absolutely no problems -- it took less than a minute! Then the ball is useful in all of my exercise routines, including yoga, pilates, and warmups. It even helps with self massage! It gives me a great stretch right in between my shoulders, it's fun to roll around on and gives me a nice lumbar support, helps with my sciatica and is helpful while doing squats and arm work. I can't say enough about it. I literally use it all the time. It comes with a pump, so I can deflate it and bring it along with me to the gym (so I don't have to use any of the overused sweaty stuff they have for us there!) -- I LOVE this little thing!!
