I suffer from migraines and have found that using this device for five minutes a day radically reduces the frequency of my headaches. It also works wonders to help avoid pinched nerves and other extraneous back pain. I bought one for my parents, who have had the same success with their Oriental Neck Therapy. It's the next best thing to daily chiropractic treatment and massage!
