And for being a guy that's sensitive, these give me the edge. Although there are a few things I find troublesome: First, for all those who want this to control how much sensation you can feel; moving it upwards will cause it to be a little unstable and start to slip off when "tucking it in" or resting and going back to foreplay. Second, getting it on is tough; I found just regular tap water will suffice well and will absorb so there isn't a chance for slippage there. Third, it is advertised to wear for no more than 20 minutes at a time; whoever can watch a clock needs a better partner in bed.
On a neutral note, you will need lubrication to at least start. Take it off when it begins to feel an uncomfortable numbness/tingle because it will limit blood flow, but then spend that time performing fellatio or other acts of foreplay.
