(More customer reviews)This is a very useful item. Actually I should say "items" because you do get the pair which is handy: not needing to do one shoe at a time and I needed both shoes streched. The cost of this these as compared to the shoe repair shops I checked with to have them done was MUCH less! AND I can do it myself again, if I need to. Shipping was fast and I am all around very pleased with my purchase.
